Acceptance
By using the website at mdprevieweditor.com or the online editor at app.mdprevieweditor.com (together, the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Markdown Preview Editor is a free Markdown editor with live preview that runs in your browser. It is provided free of charge, without accounts and without a subscription.
Open-source license
The source code is published under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and distribute it under the terms of that license. These terms govern your use of the hosted Service; the license governs the code.
Your content
You are responsible for the documents you write, open or export with the Service. Documents are processed in your browser and are not sent to us, so we do not receive, store, review or claim any rights to them. Keep your own backups: saved data lives in your browser and can be lost.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, and do not attack, overload, probe for vulnerabilities in, or interfere with the website or its hosting. If you find a security problem, please report it by email or through GitHub so it can be fixed.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers and contributors are not liable for any damages, including loss of data or documents, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
Third-party links
The website and the documents you open may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may change the Service or these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date shows when they were made. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
